Download Electronic Time Sheet File FY12

The timesheet for FY12 starts with the payperiod of June 18 - July 1, 2011.

To download the timesheet, right click on the appropriate link above, select "Save Target As...", and then select the location where you'd like the file saved.

Time sheets must be signed by the employee and supervisor before turning them into Payroll. Hours are automatically calculated once the employee records the time in and out. A space is provided to record vacation days, holidays, sick days and personal time. Hourly employees should record actual time worked daily.

Child Care Lab

The Child Care Lab provides quality childcare for the children of Heartland students and employees. The CDL is licensed by The Department of Children and Family Services and has four classrooms, serving children from 6 weeks to 6 years old.

Each child is allowed to express his/her own ideas and feelings through a well rounded curriculum, including activities in the areas of art, large and small motor development, language, literature, science, math, dramatic play, music and creative movement.

Instructional Development Center

The IDC sponsors a series of workshops and special events throughout the semester for both full-time and adjunct faculty. Heartland's Instructional Development Center is charged with fostering excellence in teaching and learning by supporting professional development of faculty, recognizing outstanding teaching and encouraging the use of emerging technology and innovative methods. International Involvement

Heartland Community College has a long commitment to promoting an international perspective in the curriculum and to increasing global awareness among faculty, staff, and students. The International Program is part of the College's commitment to international education and global awareness through international student admission, student study abroad programs, employee professional development opportunities, international partnerships, and other international activities and events.
